This is a $1.3 million urban reconstruction of Day Street in the City of Green Bay. DAAR provided Construction Management Services. The project consisted of grading, pavement removal, concrete pavement, HMA pavement, base, curb & gutter, erosion control, and landscaping.

ID: 1330-04-71, 1330-04-73, STH 83 Hartland Road, Town of Merton Limits to Oconomowoc River, Waukesha Co.
Construction Management services were provided for the $1 million reconstruction of STH 83 through the city of North Lake. This reconstruction included multiple stage changes to allow traffic on STH 83 to continue uninterrupted, new curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, lighting, and Asphaltic pavement. Special consideration was made for all businesses to keep access to them at all times though out the construction.

ID: 1660-04-73/76/77 USH 18, Montfort to Dodgeville Road, WCL - Lehner Road, Grant/Iowa County
Project Engineers performed Construction Management for $10.4 million reconstruction of USH 18 from Montfort to Dodgeville. Project consisted of extending several box culvert structures, grading, asphaltic pulverizing and asphaltic pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main construction, traffic control and pavement marking. Existing USH 18 side slopes were flattened to allow for vehicle recovery in as many locations as possible. Several intersections had to be field redesigned due to utility conflicts and plan elevation errors.

Construction Staffing was provided for the $6.8 million reconstruction of STH 59. The multi-stage project consisted of grading, storm sewer, dense graded base, concrete curb and gutter, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, box culvert extension, and retaining walls.

ID: 1320-06-70, STH 11, Crossway Drive & CTH C, Racine County
Construction Management for the $4.6 million reconstruction, asphalt overlay and safety improvements to 6 miles of STH 11. The multi-stage project consisted of asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, improvement of sight lines, and construction of storm sewers. Part of the STH 11 reconstruction involved building a two-mile section of the roadway on a new alignment. The project also included the reconstruction of the intersection at STH 11 and STH 75 by adding wider turning radii and designated turn lanes. Special consideration also had to be made to accommodate the small local businesses located off of STH 11 within the limits of the project.
