The multi-stage project is 8 miles of 4 lane highway with on diamond interchange the work consisted of concrete pavement, base, pipe underdrain, asphalt shoulder and side roads, permanent signing, two railroad crossings, 4 miles of grading for the add lanes, traffic control, a concrete box culvert and a bridge crossing a river. This project also included reconstruction of existing USH 141 in the community of Lena. The work involved replacing the curb & gutter, storm sewer, milling the existing pavement and asphalt pavement.
