Iraq Reconstruction Management System


Stanley Baker Hill, LLC – U.S. Army Corp of Engineers I.D., W9-14NS-04-D-0021, Architect-Engineer Services for Construction Management and General Design for the Coalition Provisional Authority – Program Management Office at Facilities within Iraq.

DAAR serves as a sub-consultant to Stanley Baker Hill, LLC, providing Iraqi and Stateside based Program Management services including Construction Management, Quality Control, Electrical Inspections, Fire Safety Inspections, Maximo and Primavera P3 programming, Database Reporting, Document Control, and Procurement.

Combined, the programs account for $40 billion funding over 1527 construction projects, along with non-construction services and equipment, and span 13 Ministries and other Iraqi government organizations.

DAAR’s primary objective is to ensure the timely dissemination of accurate data regarding reconstruction project status and fund allocation. Our streamlined systems help the client successfully meet their program and project management objectives, and our information management expertise enables our client to consistently deliver maximum accountability in a challenging work environment.

Task Force for Safety
Stanley Baker Hill, LLC – U.S. Army Corp of Engineers I.D., W9-14NS-04-D-0021, Architect-Engineer Services for Construction Management and General Design for the Coalition Provisional Authority – Program Management Office at Facilities within Iraq.

DAAR serves as a sub-consultant to Stanley Baker Hill, LLC, providing master electricians and fire inspectors for Task Force for Safety Actions for Fire and Electricity (Task Force SAFE).

This $59.5 million contract is a massive effort to perform over 89,000 inspections throughout the entire country of Iraq to address the safety concerns of frequent fires in U.S. occupied facilities..
