Our responsibilities include helping local governments comply with the engineering and legislative requirements set forth by Wisconsin State Law and Regulations. In this capacity we act as an extension of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The range of work involves a variety of design projects including roadways and bridges that enhance the Southeastern Wisconsin transportation network.

MONITOR Control Room Support, Wisconsin Department of Transportation
A 337K contract to provide onsite consultant staff to the Department to be responsible for staff training program, update operations policies, manuals, guidelines, shift checklists and graphics for display; provide supplemental engineering and operator staffing support for control room functions; conduct monthly performance audits and MONITOR device utilization; review and refine ramp metering subsystems; update and implement ramp meter guidelines; ongoing ramp meter retiming; general traffic analysis, development of guidelines for ramp/lane closures during construction, and produce updated justifications of lane user fees to be used on construction projects.
