DAAR
is a civil engineering consulting firm, formed in September
of 2001 by Abdulhamid Ali, and Frank D’Amato.
Abdulhamid and Frank had established a personal and professional
relationship, beginning in 1989, with Abdulhamid working in the public sector and
Frank in the private sector. They
combined their engineering experience and knowledge of the
requirements necessary to provide design and construction management services to
form DAAR Engineering, Inc. Abdulhamid and Frank wanted to address the
lack of personal service provided by consultant engineering firms, to provide high
quality engineering services, at competitive prices, to both the public and private sectors.
